Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: October 2026 | Effective for ECIL Runners Society
1. Overview
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to official physical merchandise (including custom running T-shirts, singlets, caps, and club accessories) ordered through the ECIL Runners Society website (https://www.ecilrunners.com).
2. Delivery Methods
We provide two convenient ways for members and runners to receive their official merchandise:
In-Person Handover (Free & Preferred)
Runners can collect their ordered merchandise in person at the meeting point during our scheduled Sunday Morning Group Runs (ECIL / Moula Ali / AS Rao Nagar) upon showing their order confirmation or payment ID.
Courier / Postal Delivery
For runners unable to attend the Sunday morning handovers, items are dispatched via reputed local domestic couriers or India Post Speed Post across Hyderabad, Secunderabad, and India.
3. Processing & Delivery Timelines
- In-Stock Items: Dispatched or available for in-person collection within 2 to 4 business days from order confirmation.
- Custom / Pre-Order Batches (e.g. Annual Season T-Shirts): Produced in community batches. Estimated delivery windows (typically 10–14 days) are communicated upfront during booking.
- Courier Transit Time: Once dispatched via domestic courier, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days for locations within Telangana/AP, and 4 to 7 business days for rest of India.
4. Shipping Charges
In-person collection at our Sunday run points is always 100% free. If doorstep courier delivery is opted for, nominal shipping charges (typically ₹50–₹100 depending on location and weight) are clearly displayed during checkout.
5. Order Tracking & Delivery Assistance
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details or collection instructions are sent to your registered email address. For any questions regarding order status or delivery coordination, contact our merchandise coordinators:
