1. About the Society
Welcome to ECIL Runners (referred to as "the Society", "we", "us", or "our"). We are a registered non-profit sports & fitness society committed to promoting running, athletics, and healthy living across the ECIL, Moula Ali, and Secunderabad communities in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By accessing our website (https://www.ecilrunners.com) or participating in our runs and merchandise purchases, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Membership & User Accounts
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account, purchasing official merchandise, or RSVPing for club runs. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Physical Fitness & Medical Disclaimer
Running and athletic training are rigorous physical activities. By participating in any weekly runs, hill challenges, time trials, or official events organized by ECIL Runners Society, you acknowledge that you are physically fit and have consulted a qualified medical professional if necessary. ECIL Runners Society and its organizers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, or loss sustained during voluntary participation in group runs or events.
4. Merchandise Purchases & Payments
All online payments for official club merchandise (T-shirts, singlets, caps, and gear) and event fees are securely processed in Indian National Rupees (INR) via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay Software Private Limited. Orders are confirmed upon successful completion of payment.
5. Community Code of Conduct
ECIL Runners values mutual respect, encouragement, and safety. Any member engaging in abusive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or activities endangering fellow runners on roads or trails may have their membership and website access terminated immediately.
6. Intellectual Property
The "ECIL Runners" name, club logos, graphics, event photos, and website layout are the intellectual property of ECIL Runners Society. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the website or Society activities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana.
